1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting a form on it, or using the CSM Engine software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the engine.

2. Open-Core & Sovereign License

The open-core CSM Engine may be self-hosted, modified, and operated on infrastructure you control, under the license terms shipped with the engine distribution. You keep full ownership of your store data. Enterprise Sovereign Fleet and CSM Cloud Gateway subscriptions are governed by their respective order forms, which incorporate these terms.

3. CSM Cloud Gateway — Service Level Agreement

The managed CSM Cloud Gateway targets 99.9% monthly uptime for the MCP streaming endpoint, with latency routing designed to keep response times under 50ms at the edge. Rate limits and concurrency tiers are defined by your subscription plan. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where feasible. SLA credits, where applicable, are specified in your order form.

4. Merchant Financial Responsibilities & 0% Platform Guarantee

Payment processing is provided directly by third-party gateways (Stripe, PayPal) under your own merchant agreements with them; their transaction fees apply. CSM Engine charges a 0% platform surcharge on your transactions — we do not take a percentage of your revenue. You are responsible for taxes, chargebacks, refunds, and compliance with the payment terms of your chosen gateways.

5. Fair Compute Policy

Cloud agent runtimes and automated test harnesses are provided for legitimate store operation and development. Sustained abusive patterns — including cryptomining, load-testing other services, or reselling raw compute — may be throttled or suspended. Fair-use thresholds per plan tier are documented in your subscription.

6. No Investment Advice

Nothing on this website, in the pitch materials, or in related communications constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to sell securities. Any offering of securities, if and when made, will be made only through definitive documents to qualified recipients. Figures such as market size, savings estimates, and product metrics are illustrative projections, not guarantees of future performance. Conduct your own due diligence and consult your own professional advisors.

7. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

• Do not submit false or misleading information, or third-party personal data without consent.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the site or the engine's endpoints.
• Site content and branding are the property of CSM Engine Inc. Confidential pitch materials may not be redistributed or disclosed without written consent.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The site and software are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSM Engine Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the engine, or reliance on its content.
